1. How
do I place an order?
Order online using our completely SECURE site.
All purchases are charged in US Dollars.
2. Is
my credit card information secure?
Your credit card is safe with YogaCraze.Com, because
our site uses the latest encryption technology. When
you order from YogaCraze.Com and its affiliated sites,
your credit card information is protected with digital
certificates, secure commerce servers, and credit-card
fraud detection software provided by MicrosoftÕs, Bcentral.
3. What
are my shipping and handling charges?
We strive to be as fare as possible and not gouge our
customers with inflated shipping and handling fees.
All our fees are at actually below cost once handling
charges are included, however, we strive to be competitive.
4. When
will my order ship?
Our Warehouse is located in California making it possible
for orders submitted, with payment confirmed by 11AM
EST Eastern time to be sent out that same day. Orders
received and payment confirmed after that time will
be sent out the following business day. If for any reason
we are expecting shipping delays this will be noted
in the product availability. We constantly update our
website to ensure that you are completely informed about
your purchase.
5. How
do I track my order?
Tracking information will typically be emailed to you
by our warehouse when your item ships. All orders shipped
via US Mail will not receive a tracking number or confirmation.
We can only guarantee shipment and provide tracking
numbers for UPS orders and priority mail has confirmation
of delivery but not tracking. Yoga Craze will
not be liable for any lost or misplaced mail if the
item was shipped via the United States Postal Service.
We suggest you use a physical address (instead of a
PO Box) and select UPS as your shipping method if you
feel the need to have your package tracked. However,
the USPS is a reliable service and if you are located
in a territory, military or PO Box, is the most economical
and fast choice.
6. What
is the return policy?
We will accept returns within 30 days of their shipment,
provided the item is in new condition - this means no
part of the shrink rap can be open, in which case we
would not be able to sell the item as new. We will only
issue a refund or send a replacement as needed once
the item has been received in our warehouse.
All returns
need to obtain a RMA # by emailing service@YogaCraze.com
with RETURN in the subject line and a detail of why
they are defective. If for any reason the video is defective
- as in the video does not play on your device - please
give us a brief description of the problem in the email,
along with your address, billing information and order
number. Upon return we will test the video on several
of our players to confirm if it is your device or the
video presenting the problem. If we determine that the
video does not have a problem we will not accept the
return and you will be required to provide shipping
and handling charges for us to send it back.
All items
must be returned in their original packaging along with
all accessories, parts, and instructions manuals that
were shipped with your original order.
Note:
If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it
does not meet our return policy terms, then we will
not issue you a refund or send you a replacement. Such
a return also will not be sent back to you.
All returns
must be sent via a method that can be tracked (UPS ground
/ FedEx Ground / USPS Priority mail) and MUST have a
RMA #.
Refunds will appear on your credit card statement within 10 business
days. We are unable to reimburse you for service fees charged by
third parties, such as Mail Boxes Etc. Otherwise, shipping and handling
costs are non-refundable and there is a %20 percent re-stocking
fee. If you recieved promotional free shipping and choose to return
the product a shipping and handling fee of $9.00 dollars will be
deducted.
7. Can
I pay by Check or Money Order?
Not at this time. We suggest using PayPal.com
8. International Orders
Most International orders process without a problem. If for any
reason you have a problem please write us atorders@YogaCraze.com
with INTERNATIONAL in the subject line:
There may be duties and/or import taxes charged by your country's
customs department when the item is delivered. Payment of these
extra charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These
taxes are not included in your Yoga Craze order total. These charges
vary by country and by the value of the item(s) being shipped. Import
taxes are not charged for Guam, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses,
or for any other U.S. Territory.
At the
moment our VHS & DVD videoÕs are in NTSC format
only. Please confirm you can play this format before
ordering. Returns will not be accepted for international
orders due to incorrect format.
9. Shipping
For Orders From US Territories, PO Boxes, Alaska & Hawaii
Please select USPS Priority Mail shipping for these
locations otherwise the package will not be shipped
regardless of what option you have chosen in the shopping
cart. If you desire overnight shipping to these locations
instead of using USPS please email us at orders@YogaCraze.com
with OVERNIGHT SHIPPING REQUEST in the subject line.
These orders must be received by 12 Noon Eastern Standard
Time and include the following information:
